5 Phases to Safe Learning
Uploading a Document to Urban Planet

Step 1: While on the editing screen, select document from the left-hand menu. 

Step 2: Select "add new," then click "browse" on the screen that opens. 

Step 3: Once you have selected your document, click "upload."

Step 4: Give your document a title. If you don't give your document a title, the filename (the blue underlined text in the image above) is what will show up on the page. A description is optional but encouraged. Click apply. 

Step 5: Save your work. You can open your page to see how it looks.  

It should show up at the bottom of your page similar to what you see below. Don't want your document to show up at the bottom of the page? You can navigate back to the list of documents on your web page and toggle the document off. Learn how to capture the URL of the document to create a hyperlink you can add to a sidebar or the main body of the webpage.

Adding a Hyperlink to a Document
